RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made at ________ on 12/07/2026 between ________, residing at ________ (hereinafter "the Landlord") of the ONE PART, and ________, residing at ________ (hereinafter "the Tenant") of the OTHER PART, in respect of the premises described as: ________ (hereinafter "the Premises").

TERMS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES

1. TERM: The Landlord lets the Premises to the Tenant for residential use for a period of ELEVEN (11) months, from ________ to ________, renewable thereafter by mutual written consent.

2. RENT: The Tenant shall pay monthly rent of ₹________ (Zero Rupees Only), payable in advance on or before day 5 of each calendar month.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Tenant has paid an interest-free refundable security deposit of ₹________ (Zero Rupees Only), to be refunded at vacation of the Premises after deducting agreed dues or damages beyond normal wear and tear, if any.

4. UTILITIES & MAINTENANCE: Electricity and water charges shall be borne by the Tenant as per actual meter readings/bills. Day-to-day minor upkeep is the Tenant’s responsibility; structural repairs are the Landlord’s.

5. USE: The Premises shall be used for lawful residential purposes only. The Tenant shall not sublet, assign, or part with possession of the Premises, nor make structural alterations, without the Landlord’s prior written consent.

6. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 1 month(s) written notice. On expiry of notice, the Tenant shall hand over vacant and peaceful possession in the condition received, normal wear and tear excepted.

7. INSPECTION: The Landlord may inspect the Premises at reasonable times with prior intimation to the Tenant.

8. The parties have read and understood the above terms and sign this agreement voluntarily in the presence of the witnesses below.
